THE MYSTERY OF THE THREE WORLD AGES

            and

WHY GOD CREATED MANKIND

By Don Hollifield

This part of this book goes deep into theory and to the very depths of the Bible. I dare say that you have never heard of this part of the Mystery or even thought of it.

But think of this, "Why did God create mankind?" He didn't need us, he had millions of angels. So why create man? And why did God create you? You may not agree with me, but I believe it's in the Bible for those that seek the wisdom and knowledge of the Bible. If you have another solution for the pieces of the Mystery than I, that's all right. This is what I believe The Word of God reveals. I could be wrong, but I could also be right!

This part of the Mystery starts back in "The World That Was." II Peter, Chapter three, is devoted entirely to the three world ages; "The World That Was," "The World That Is," and "The World To Be."

Why did God establish the three world ages? II Peter 3v5-9: For this they willingly are ignorant of, that the Word of God, the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water, and in the water. V6: Thereby the world then was, being overflowed with water, perished.

The heavens of old were on the earth standing out of the water and in the water, but God completely destroyed everything with a great flood. Please note, Peter is not talking about the flood during the time of Noah, he specifically called The World That Then "WAS."

History reveals that approximately 13 or 14 thousand years ago, there was a great flood followed by the ice age. All life perished or was destroyed. God destroyed "The World That Was."

V7: But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word (of God) are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

"The World That Is" is kept intact, waiting for the judgment of the ungodly and their destruction by fire. V8: But, Beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Be not ignorant, a day with The Lord is a thousand years. I didn't say that, God said it. Therefore the first seven days with The Lord was actually 7 thousand years.

Isn't it amazing that science claims that approximately 13 or 14 thousand years ago there was a great flood followed by the ice age which killed all life on the earth. If you add the first 7 thousand years (7 God days) to the 6 thousand years since God created Adam and Eve on the eight day, you get 13 thousand years. Once again, science proves the Bible correct and refutes evolution theory.

V9: The Lord is not slack concerning His Promise, as some men count slackness, but is long suffering to usward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. God will keep his promises and is very patient (long suffering) that all of us will come to repentance.

This is also emphasized in: Ephesians 2v10: For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works which God hath before ordained that we should walk with them.

God created us and preordained us to do good works in Jesus and we are expected to fulfill our destiny. When were we originally ordained? Before we were born, possibly from "The World That Was?"

In the previous article we covered the blessing of Abraham by Melchizedk, the Priest of God, sent by God himself.

I'd like to repeat one verse: Genesis 14v20: And blessed He the most High God, which hath delivered thine families into thy hand, and he (Abraham) gave tithes of all.

Who exactly is this king? You don't give tithes to an earthly king, but to our Heavenly King. Hebrews 7v1-3: For this Melchisedec, King of Salem, Priest of the most High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, blessed him. V2: To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of Righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is King of Peace.

The next verse is very important. V3: Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life. He was not born of man or woman, but created by God. He was from "The World That Was." V3: (continued) But made like unto the Son of God, abideth a priest continually. He was selected by God to be made into his only begotten Son in "The World That Is," as a Priest continually. Jesus is identified as previously being King Melchizedk, in The World That Was. King Melchizedk was the King of Righteousness and the King of Peace.

Jesus was the Prince of Righteousness and Prince of Peace. From being a King with God, He was born a Prince on this earth. From the King comes a Prince.

Let's continue The Mystery of the Three World Ages: John 17v14: I have given them Thy Word, and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of this world... In Christ's prayer of consecration, Jesus identifies both himself and his Apostles as being from "The World That Was."

Peter also confirms Jesus as being from "The World That Was:" I Peter 1v19-20: But with the precious blood of Christ, as a lamb without blemish and without spot; V20: Who verily was preordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you.

Jesus was preordained as the Son of God before "The World That Is," was formed. Jesus was from "The World That Was."

Think of all the times Jesus talked about being with His Father. Jeremiah 1v5: Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou came forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee, and ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

God tells Jeremiah that He knew him before he was formed in the belly. God had also preordained him a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah was from "The World That Was."

Malachi 1v1-3: The burden of the Word of the Lord to Israel by Malachi; V2 "I have loved you," saith the Lord, "Yet you say, 'Wherein hast thou loved us?' was not Esau Jacob's brother?" Saith the Lord, "Yet I loved Jacob. V3: And I hated Esau. And laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons (jackals) of the wilderness."

God says, I loved Jacob, but I hated Esau." Why? Romans 9v11&13: For the children not yet born, neither having done any good or evil; that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of Him that calleth.

Before they were even born, God knew them and God's plan would stand even though Esau was born first. Since Esau was born first, he should have been in the bloodline of Jesus. But Esau gave up his inheritance for a bowl of red pottage. Then Rebekah helped Jacob trick Isaac, his father, into giving him the inheritance. V13: As it is written, "Jacob have I loved, and Esau have I hated."

Paul repeats the children, Jacob and Esau, being not yet born, that God loved Jacob and hated Esau. Why? I believe Esau must have been one of Satan's fallen angels, born of woman, again trying to contaminate the bloodline of Jesus. He must have been one of Satan's highest ranking officials to be hated by God.

It is interesting to note that Esau's name was changed to Edom and the Edomites were know as the Red Nation. Then when the Persians invaded the Holy Land, the majority of the Edomites traveled north and settled in the area now know as Moscow. That's why the Russians are known as the Red Nation, and why they hate the Israelites; and assist the Arabs including nuclear production.

Hitler killed millions of Jews, but so did Lenin and Stalin. Here we have several people that came from The World That Was, both good and evil. Do you think that these were the only ones? I don't. Why were they even mentioned? Is it possible that there were more, or perhaps we all came from The World That Was? If so, why? And why did God create mankind?

These verses tell us that God knew us before being born, which would have been from "The World That Was." And in that world, the devil rebelled against God and a third of the angels followed him. They sinned. Thus Heaven was contaminated with sin. and God had to rid this disease forever. Could God trust His remaining angels?

"WHY GOD CREATED MANKIND"

I believe God then devised a plan. In this plan He would have all of His angels undergo a trial to prove their allegiance; to God or the devil. I believe He created "The World That Is" for this purpose. Those that proved their worthiness would then be able to continue to live in "The World To Be." God would then take His High Priest, Melchizedk, His most trusted angel, and have Him born of woman as His only begotten Son, Jesus. The sole purpose of having His son, who was without sin, was for Him to die for our sins.

Only those that believed and proved their worthiness would be allowed to continue. This plan was for all angels, both good and bad. But some angels, loyal to the devil refused, thinking the devil could prevent God from completing His plan, thereby defeating God.

These angels were the fallen angels mentioned in the Old Testament; and the angels that will accompany the devil when he is cast out of heaven unto earth during the tribulations.

I believe we are all angels from "The World That Was" and we are on trial, experiencing both good and bad. Scripture also supports this when the Sadducees tried to trick Jesus in: Matthew 22v25-30: Now there was with us seven brethren and the first, when He had married a wife; deceased, and having no issue (children) left his wife to his brethren. V26: Like wise, the second also; and the third unto the seventh. V27 And the last of all, the woman died also. V28 Therefore, in the resurrection, whose wife she be of the seven? For they all had her." V29 Jesus answered and said unto them, "Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God." V30: "For in the resurrection, they neither marry, nor give in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven." Please note that Jesus said they did not know the scriptures. Also He said after we die, we go to Heaven as Angels of God.

God has millions of angels, He doesn't need more angels, but He needs to sanctify those He has. If they had known scripture, they would have known that we all came from the "World That Was."

Psychologists state that 90% of all people dream of flying like an angel, and the other 10% probably did also, but can not remember. Perhaps when we were young and in a deep sleep, we can recall flying as angels.

Have you ever met someone that you felt you knew them; maybe you did in the other world. Also, have you ever met someone that seemed to have been born evil and would not change whatsoever? On the other hand, have you met someone that was just the opposite, a very righteous person, always with a positive attitude, just a pleasure to be around?

Is it possible all of our ministers or at least most of them, were actually angels loyal to God? They have dedicated their entire lives, bringing lost souls to the Lord. We know the Apostles were, perhaps our ministers were also. I believe so. God did not kill the devil after his revolt, since he was left alive to help identify his followers through his evil spirit. He arrested him to keep him from seducing the women in the bloodline of Jesus. He also allowed Cain to live to provide us with both Good and Bad, with Cain taking the place of his father, the devil. Jesus as well as His Apostles were specially selected Angels that God knew would prevail against the evils of the world. Jesus had full knowledge of both worlds.

This brings up another interesting item. Science state that we only use approximately 10% of our brain. Why did God give us such a large brain, if we only use a portion of it? Is it possible that when we were born of woman, our past and our knowledge of the previous world was blocked out, which would account for the other 90%.

This also explains why we dream of flying like an angel in our youth, while in a deep sleep. This would also explain why when Jesus returns, every knee will bend as we bow to our "King of Kings." But first they must recognize Jesus as their savior.

That's why in the Book of Revelation, there are only two churches that are eligible to receive salvation, the Philadelphia Church and the Smyrna Church. The Philadelphia Church or the Church of Brotherly Love is for Christians that love Jesus as their Brother, while the Smyrna Church of the Jewish Church of the Fig Tree is for the Israelites.

That is why God is sending 144,000 angels that are converted Israelites from the 12 tribes, to lead them to Jesus during the latter part of the tribulations. At that time, I believe the Jewish People that have recognized the truth, will drop to their knees since they have accepted Jesus as the true Son of God.

Paul writes in I Corinthians 15v51-52 that in a twinkling of an eye we shall all be changed into our spiritual bodies at the last trump when Jesus returns. As such, we will recognized Jesus, since we will remember him as the High Priest from: "The World That Was."

Everyone will then know that He was the only begotten Son of our Father in Heaven. At the beginning of the tribulations, the devil and his angels are kicked out of Heaven for possible two reasons.

First: God is purifying Heaven by getting rid of the devil and his fallen angels.

Second: God may be punishing the world which has become corrupt in every way possible.

Also, when times are the worst, man turns to God and our churches are the fullest. It is our last chance. When Jesus returns, God will collect the evil ones and keep them completely separated from the righteous ones until being released for judgment.

This is verified in: Revelation 20v3: And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled; and aft that he must be loosed a little season.

Please note that he will have a seal set upon him for a thousand years so he can not deceive anyone during that period. Evil will cease to exist.

After the thousand years comes judgment. The devil is released so he can claim his angels those that failed, before they are cast into the lake of fire.

How about you? With your memory being blotted out from "The World That Was," are you worthy? Examine yourself. I'm sure you'll agree that we all fall short. But God loves us, so let's demonstrate our love for Him with our deeds and actions, and our works in Jesus. "Works" is the only earthly item that we can take to Heaven with us, and we will be rewarded accordingly.

Next time you talk to God and repent your sins, tell Him you love Him and look forward to being in Heaven with Him and His Son.

You want to enjoy His Grace and Love forever, and you're thankful for the opportunity to prove your worthiness; as Paul writes: II Thessalonians 1v11-12: Wherefore, also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of His calling, and fulfill all the good pleasures of His goodness, and the work of faith with power. V12 That the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Ten Commandments opened the door into the "Great Mystery." This mystery was actually God's plan to provide salvation for the angels by creating the three world ages, and recycling them through mankind; exposing us to both good and evil. God then had to keep the bloodline of Jesus pure, so he could be born without spot or blemish. God also gave the Israelites His Word first by the Ten Commandments, which were the beginnings of the Bible.

Jesus then became the Living Word of God, giving us guidance and direction to eternity. And when He died for our sins, he opened the door to Heaven for the Gentiles as well as the Jewish people.

This is our only chance to prove our worthiness to become a member of "The World To Be" and enjoy the Love and Grace of God and His Son Jesus, forever and ever and ever. This is best explained in the 23rd Psalm, verse 6: "Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the House of the Lord forever."

AMEN
